STIHL Fuel Pipe

The fuel pipe connects the fuel tank, fuel filter and carburettor, allowing (you guessed it) fuel to move through the system to the engine. Since it’s continually exposed to fuel and flexes with use, the pipe can eventually need replacing.

Our range includes genuine STIHL fuel pipes and hoses for a wide variety of garden and outdoor power equipment. We supply model-specific hoses as well as specific lengths and sizes.

Replacement Fuel Hoses for STIHL Machines

The fuel pipe you’ll need depends on the machine and fuel system it’s designed for. Ours includes fuel hoses for equipment like chainsaws, brushcutters and strimmers, disc cutters and other STIHL petrol-powered machinery.

Some are supplied as model-specific fuel hoses, while others are lengths of fuel pipe identified by their internal and external diameter. We also have fuel hose and filter kits, in case you need to replace more than just the pipe.

For example, the 4140-358-7702 fuel hose suits specified FS38, FS45, FS55 and FS100 applications, while the TS400 range includes both individual fuel pipes and hose-and-filter options.

Choosing the Correct Fuel Pipe

Fuel hoses can look very similar, but they’ll differ in internal diameter, external diameter, length, flexibility and connection. A hose that looks like it fits therefore may not actually work.

To be sure you’re not ordering the wrong part, check the STIHL model number and original part number wherever possible. For universal or cut-length fuel pipe, check the required dimensions carefully before ordering.
