Ordering

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been successfully placed.

Backorders

If an item is marked as "Out of Stock", it can usually be backordered. This means we will dispatch it as soon as it becomes available. We will notify you if there are any extended delays.

Ordering of items shown as Not In Stock

If an item shows as Currently Out of Stock, it means it is unavailable in our Kidderminster warehouse and must be ordered in from the supplier (see below for estimated supply times).

Please note:
Not in Stock does not automatically mean it will be restocked in our warehouse. Many items are not kept in regular stock due to limited demand.

Instead of waiting for the item to show as In Stock, we recommend placing your order anyway so that we can obtain it specifically for you. To do this, simply add the item(s) to your basket and complete the checkout process as normal.

We will then place a supplier order on your behalf. Once the item is available, it will be dispatched using your selected delivery method.
If the item cannot be obtained, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item.
