Your payment has either been declined by your bank or there has been a technical problem
Declined/Failed transactions occur for various reasons. The most common reasons are:
- incorrect/mistyped card information
- incorrect/mistyped user information (address, postcode)
- expired card
- AVS/CVV2 mismatch (3 digit number on the back of your card)
- in rare cases there may be a communication error or technical problem
