Consumer Warranty

When you make a claim, you will need:

1.Proof of purchase - usually an invoice from within the allocated time frame
2.Details of what the problem is, a picture or video usually helps

If you are a consumer, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old by placing your order.
We are required by law to ensure that Goods ordered from us comply with the terms of our contract with you. In particular, any goods we supply to you must correspond with any relevant description we include on our Website, must be of satisfactory quality, and must be fit for their intended purpose.

During the expected lifespan of the goods, you are entitled to the following:

Up to 30 days for WAR TEC Products
If your Goods are faulty, you can reject the Goods and get a refund.

Up to 12 months for WAR TEC Products
If the Goods can't be repaired or replaced, then you're entitled to a full refund in most cases.

Up to 90 days for Genuine Products
If the Goods can't be repaired or replaced, then you're entitled to a full refund in most cases.

Wearable products (i.e. blades, belts) are usually not covered but all cases are reviewed by our technical manager.

Please do not send the Goods to us without first speaking to our customer service team.

We are providing you with Goods for domestic and private use only, and we shall have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of business opportunity or labour.
