How to order

When you see a product you like simply click on the 'add to basket' button to add this to your shopping basket.

At any time you can click on 'view basket'. This option will allow you to view and change your selections.

You can click on the 'view basket' button at the top of each page at any time.
You can update the quantities of an item or remove it completely from your basket.

When you have finished shopping, click on the 'checkout' button and you will then be asked for your delivery details and then directed to a secure area to make your payment.

Shopping here is very flexible. When you get to the checkout you can:

  1. Change your mind
  2. Add more things to the shopping basket
  3. Change any of the items

How to pay

The Garden & Hire Spares Ltd web site allows you to order directly over the internet in a few easy steps.

If you do not have a credit account with us you will need your credit or debit card details to handr.

Simply choose the relevant payment option in the checkout section of the site, credit/debit card, Paypal or trade account.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order and payment if you order online.

 

Delivery

Our aim is to ship all orders same day if ordered before 1pm, although some items do have a longer delivery estimate.

All orders are sent via standard Royal Mail, unless the courier option is selected at checkout.

Most items will arrive within 2-3 days, but please allow up to one week for delivery; If the item is to large to fit through a letter box please check with your local sorting office before contacting us as the item is probably being held there. 

 

Product descriptions

We have taken great care to make sure that product descriptions and specifications are correct. However, we reserve the right to make any changes, technical or otherwise to product specifications.

Cancellation and returns policy

You have the right to cancel your contract within seven working days of the receipt of the goods. This cancellation must be notified to Garden & Hire Spares Ltd in writing or by e-mail. If you cancel the contract within seven days of the receipt of the goods you should return the goods to Garden & Hire Spares Ltd at your expense within 30 days.

You are recommended to return the goods in the original packaging or similar and should take reasonable care of the goods. A full refund (less postage) will be issued by Garden & Hire Spares Ltd within 30 days if the goods are received in resaleable condition. If the goods are not received in resaleable condition, Garden & Hire Spares Ltd reserves its right to deduct an amount from the refund for any resulting loss in value.
